Why this product
GI 42, lab-verified.
Standard wheat atta sits at GI 70+. Our seven-grain blend is engineered for slower digestion and steadier post-meal sugar response.
Three times the fibre.
Whole grains plus added flax bring fibre to 12g per 100g, compared to 4g in regular atta. Fibre is the single biggest GI-lowering lever.
No maida, no fillers.
No refined wheat, no soy isolate, no protein boosters. Only the seven grains listed on the pack. Nothing else.
Frequently asked
How is this different from regular multigrain atta in supermarkets?
+Most supermarket multigrain atta is 80% refined wheat with token amounts of other grains. Ours is a balanced blend of seven whole grains, stone-milled, with no maida. Every batch is tested for GI.
Will this make rotis that puff up?
+Yes. The blend is designed to behave like familiar wheat atta in cooking. Knead with warm water and rest the dough for 15 minutes for best results.
Is this gluten-free?
+No. This blend contains wheat and barley, both of which contain gluten. For gluten-free options, see our Jowar Atta.
How long does it stay fresh?
+Stone-milled atta has a shelf life of 3 months from milling when stored in a cool, dry place. Each pack carries the milling date.
